Terms of Use for Reporteroldest Tree Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of reporteroldest.garden and the services offered through it by Reporteroldest Tree Service. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Reporteroldest Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, manage or control them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content on this website is for general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, check with your insurer and your local permit office too.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@reporteroldest.garden.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Reporteroldest Tree Service or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Reporteroldest Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from an agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Updates to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new version.
